I have purchase a second hand Honda Motor Cycle 250cc not in good condition and a official receipt of the shop was been issued no other papers of ownership goes with it located in Jubail Saudi Arabia. The bike was been stock for sometime and still did not run from the day i Buy the unit. I'am planing to bring the unit to Pampanga and do the repairing. is it possible to register the bike in pampanga?

my first time to registered my motorcycle, i dont know what to do so a person told me to lend my papers for someone who will take charge(fixer) coz his papers give it also to him...it was sucessful coz i have the receipt but in one thing, still i dont have the sticker, the person told me that it got lack of sticker so im going back after 1 week...my question is...is it true that you dont have enough sticker?

Very very bad services. A simple renewal of passport takes 2 months! And that renewal of passport I've applied for is for very fast processing but takes an amount of Php1000.00 plus. This is not to say for wrong stories or lie stories on them. I'm saying this through my true experience on DFA San Fernando Pampanga.
